Our Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply within the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland.

Basis of the contract: Any order accepted by B&B Business Equipment Ltd trading as UKOfficeShop shall be subject to these conditions of sale and no other conditions shall apply unless expressly agreed in writing by B&B Business Equipment Ltd.

Guarantees and warranties: Hardware and software products are covered by their manufacturers' warranties details of which are included with the product. Faults which develop within the warranty period must be notified as specified within the manufacturers' documentation. We will replace, repair or refund at our discretion any product which develops a fault within its guarantee period. Any claim for breakages and discrepancies must be notified to us within three days of receipt of the goods. Claims for non-delivery must be made within seven days of the date of the invoice.

Returns: Should you need to return any product to B&B Business Equipment Ltd. a Returns Authorisation Number must be obtained from us in advance. All goods must be returned unused in the original pristine packaging complete with any accessories, manuals and other documentation. A £20.00 administration charge and a minimum handling charge of 20% of the value of the product will be levied on incomplete returns and on returns ordered in error or not wanted by the customer. In common with other suppliers we cannot accept returns of products unless the package is unopened and the seal is intact. A £20.00 collection charge will be levied on returns collected by B&B Business Equipment Ltd. or their agents. Your existing consumer rights are not affected by these warranties and conditions. B&B Business Equipment Ltd. accepts no responsibility for consequential or indirect loss no matter how incurred.

Prices: All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT.

Ownership: Ownership in goods supplied by B&B Business Equipment Ltd. shall not pass to the purchaser until payment has been received in full by B&B Business Equipment Ltd.

Payment: Credit accounts are available against approved references. Payment terms are net 30 days from the date of invoice. Interest will be charged on overdue accounts at 2% per month. Cash or cheque with order is accepted.

Changes: We reserve the right to change product specifications and prices without prior notification.
